Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

Please note: Subscription pricing is offered at a discounted rate with the understanding that at least two subscription orders will be completed. If you cancel after only one order, you will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular, non-subscription price of the product you received.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that is currently out of stock or launching soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, then store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance when the item ships.

You may cancel a pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled. If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund—please refer to our Return Policy for details.
