Solid8 Shipping Policy
Effective as of Sept 20th, 2023

At Solid8, we aim to process and ship orders promptly. By placing an order with Solid8, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, carrier delays, inventory checks, or unforeseen operational issues, processing and shipment may take longer.

Solid8 reserves the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, billing discrepancies, or shipping address verification concerns.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Solid8 may use USPS and other third-party carriers at its discretion. The shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout may be adjusted if necessary for fulfillment, delivery, operational efficiency, or carrier availability.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery timeframes shown on the website, at checkout, in confirmation emails, or in tracking updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Solid8 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, customs, local delivery issues, labor shortages, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information associated with their shipment.

Carrier tracking updates may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or removed from public view over time. Solid8 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continued display of carrier tracking records on third-party carrier websites.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Solid8 is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer, including errors in apartment numbers, ZIP codes, street names, recipient names, or other delivery details.

If a customer contacts us regarding an address error after the order has been placed, Solid8 may attempt to assist, but cannot guarantee that any change can be made before shipment.

Risk of Loss and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided at checkout, or upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier shall be considered delivered for all purposes. Solid8 is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, missing, or inaccessible packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered.

If a package is marked as delivered but the customer claims it was not received, the customer must contact the carrier, check the delivery location, neighbors, household members, building management, parcel locker, or mailroom, and cooperate with any delivery investigation.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Solid8 does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages delayed in transit, marked as delivered, lost after delivery, stolen after delivery, or affected by carrier service issues.

At our sole discretion, we may assist customers in opening a carrier claim or reviewing shipment information, but Solid8 is under no obligation to issue a refund or replacement for carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.

Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Solid8 due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or the customer’s failure to claim the package, Solid8 may, at its sole discretion:

  1. reship the order at the customer’s expense,

  2. issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees or handling charges, or

  3. deny a refund where the product cannot be restocked or resold.

Split Shipments

Solid8 reserves the right to ship orders in multiple packages or from multiple fulfillment locations. Partial shipments shall not relieve the customer of any payment obligation.

Shipping Restrictions

Solid8 reserves the right to limit, reject, or cancel shipments to certain addresses, regions, forwarding services, freight forwarding facilities, commercial mail receiving agencies, or high-risk destinations.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping location is secure and accessible for delivery.

Solid8 is not responsible for failed or incomplete delivery caused by inaccessible premises, gated communities, apartment access issues, delivery instructions not followed by the carrier, business closures, or mailroom acceptance issues.

International Shipping

At this time, Solid8 ships only within the United States.
