I use a nasal CPAP and need mouth tape to fully prevent mouth breathing. Solid 8 is the best option I’ve found so far. It holds well and doesn’t irritate my skin as long as I remove it slowly. I’ve tried multiple brands, and this one performs the best overall. My only complaint is the length. While it covers the sides of my mouth, it’s not quite long enough to prevent drooling when side sleeping, which can loosen the tape and allow mouth breathing later in the night. Unfortunately, this seems to be a standard size issue across brands.

Clear or nude tape is less conspicuous when traveling by plane or train. I use clear packaging tape when I travel but will give these a try!!! 1/22/2024
