Solid8 Return Policy

At Solid8Sleep, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a fair and straightforward return process. Please read our return policy carefully:
Return Conditions:
Unopened Products:
Due to health and safety concerns, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and in their original condition. If the product's seal is broken or if it has been used, we cannot accept the return.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Subscription Orders:
Subscription pricing is offered at a discounted rate with the understanding that at least two subscription shipments will be completed.
If a subscription is canceled before the second shipment, the customer will be charged the difference between the discounted price and the full, non-subscription price for the first order. This adjustment ensures fair use of the subscription benefit.
How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure for the product you wish to return and place a new order for the desired item.
